The Friendship Circle is a community program that brings Jewish teenage volunteers together with children who have special needs. Through safe, fun, educational, and meaningful programs, the Friendship Circle uplifts the lives of our special children, allowing them to grow, learn, bond, contribute, and celebrate their Jewish selves.

Our Vision

Our vision is a diverse, inclusive community where each

person is recognized for the special soul within and

loves their fellows as themselves.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide organized programs emphasizing socialization that build lifelong friendships and connections, offer respite and support, and bring joy and meaning to children of all abilities, Jewish teens, their respective parents,

volunteers, and the Jewish community at large.

Our Core Values

Every person is valuable and must be valued.

Every person is loved by G-d and must be loved.

Every person carries the dignified “image of G-d”

and must be granted dignity.

Every person is a unique individual

and must be treated individually.

Every person is part of a unified whole

and, therefore, we are all one.
